Your Value Never Diminishes
Your value is intrinsic; it is there from the get go. The success and adoration or lack of it has no bearing on it. You have to project the value at all times. A failure is an indication that you needed to fix something or change your strategy; it is growth. Acceptance by people is never guaranteed, even from close family or friends; sometimes you will decide to do things that they don’t understand. Some people will make you feel like you lost your mojo, it could be true. You will listen to advise but at the end of the day, the decision has to be made by you. Ultimately, you lose it all when you believe you are not of value anymore. For every person that doesn’t believe in you, there are others who can still see the magic in you.
The value of your staff, your colleagues and other people in your life is also there and if you are keen, you will know what they can offer. You are able to show that their value doesn’t go down just because they have made a couple of mistakes. They have it in them and you can be the one who reminds them of their value or the one who brings them down. You choose
In this journey of life, the ones who succeed are those who believe in themselves even when there are no visible indicators. It is never easy to do this. They know they will not always be successful in all they do or get the approval but they continuously make themselves better despite the fact. They will tell you “Your Value Never Diminishes”.

I watched a video on social media about a lecturer giving a small talk to his students. It is a viral video so am sure most of you have seen it. The lecturer holds a twenty dollar note and asks whether anyone wants it. The whole class raises their hands up. He then goes on to crumple the note in his hands then asks the class whether they still want it. The whole class has their hands in the air again. He repeats this after stepping on it, making it wet, tearing it a little and the response is always the same from the students: they all want the dollar bill.
As an individual, you have value that you can provide to the world and it is very easy to believe in yourself when everything you are doing is successful and everyone is on your side. The success and adoration from people is visible proof of your value. Conversely, when you have a string of unsuccessful attempts and all of a sudden everyone, including your close family and friends don’t believe in you, that value isn’t clear anymore.
